• AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Booked car in for 1 day, they were supposed to call with a quote before fixing. For FIVE DAYS they didn't call or even answer the phone, and no one at the premises, I travelled some distance every one of those five days to see them, my car was just stood on the pavement of a public road. If I'd had spare keys I would've removed it. Eventually reached them, to be presented with an outrageous bill that did not reflect the amount of work. They then threatened to "f**king cut the wires" (the electrics) of the car if we did not pay. Picked my car up and drove straight to a solicitor. Either do the work yourself, or go elsewhere (ANYWHERE!) for any work, just don't say you weren't warned. SPalm, Sheffield
